Tosel - The Fur Wars

Commander Tosel from a story that I am writing, which I will eventually make into a comic. Don't ask about the name, the way I come up with names is pretty random. (typing a bunch of letters, removing some until I get something close to a possible name)
The reason I draw most of my human, or humanoid firgures with dresses or long coats is because I just can't draw them very well.

He is a bit slanted, thanks to it moving when I put it on the scanner.

Not the best I have ever drawn. I'm not really to happy with him. I spent no time on the shading, when I retraced it on the computer, I messed up quite a bit, and just the whole figure is poorly done.
Just wanted to get his basic looks down. Hope I can draw it better int the comic.

The reason for making a comic is simply because I need practice. I figured that it would make me do all the things I am the worst at, like expressions, backgrounds, poses, drawing things numerous times the same way, different angles, and pretty much everything.
